Mr. Ravi Gudena works as a Consultant Orthopaedic Surgeon at St Helens and Knowsley NHS Trust, specialising in treating hip and knee problems. He has a special interest in hip impingement, young adult hip problems and bone preserving hip surgeries.

Mr. Gudena graduated in 2001 from India and came to UK. He completed his basic surgical training in North Wales and Orthopaedic speciality training across the Mersey region and received Fellow of Royal Colleges Award in 2010.

Mr. Gudena completed one year of Fellowship in Canada and visited centres across Canada and United States of America to enhance his clinical and academic experience. He published in peer reviewed journals and presented papers in both national and international meetings

Mr. Ravi Gudena uses the latest advanced techniques in treating the hip and knee problems including minimally invasive hip and knee replacements, silent hip (bone preservation hip surgery), KineSpring® Knee Implant System, Patient Specific Knee replacements and PRP (platelet rich plasma) injections for treatment of arthritis, chronic tendon and bursa problems.
