Mr Oliver specialises in all areas of cosmetic surgery. His expertise includes aesthetic facial surgery, breast surgery and body contouring surgery.
Mr Oliver was appointed as a Consultant in Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery at the Royal Devon and Exeter Hospital in 2005 with additional clinics in Torbay. His special interests are microsurgical breast reconstruction and skin cancer surgery. He is a member of the Peninsula Network Group for skin cancer. His is committed to teaching future surgeons and is chairman of the South-West Peninsula Specialist Training Committee for plastic surgery.
