Graham Offer is a well established Consultant Plastic and Aesthetic Surgeon based in Leicester.

As an experienced and fully accredited Plastic surgeon, he is on the Plastic Surgery Specialist register of the General Medical Council and is a full member of the British Association of Aesthetic Plastic Surgeons (BAAPS) and the British Association of Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgeons (BAPRAS) both based at the Royal College of Surgeons of England.

Graham is currently on the Council of BAAPS.

Graham has been performing Aesthetic/Cosmetic Plastic Surgery for over 20 years having trained in the UK and Australia.

He has been a Consultant in Leicester since 2005 after he returned from further specialist training at the Adelaide Plastic Surgery and Craniofacial Institute.

He also performs complex Breast and Facial reconstructive work in his NHS practice at the University Hospitals of Leicester NHS Trust and is lead plastic surgeon for Breast Reconstruction in his NHS role.

In the private sector Mr Offer offers the full range of aesthetic procedures but also continues his specialist interest in all aspects of Breast Surgery combining this with a large practice in face and eyelid rejuvenation surgery. Graham also performs complex revisional plastic surgery after failed surgery elsewhere and rhinoplasty.
