Introduction

He has 30 years of experience in Surgery as a whole. He has been in working in Plastic Surgery for 17 years and has been a Consultant for 9 years. He brings a wealth of experience to his work having worked and trained in a wide variety of Surgical fields like thyroid surgery, paediatric surgery, urology, burns and war zone surgery.

He has a postgraduate FRCS diploma in General Surgery from the Royal College of Surgeons in Glasgow and an UK intercollegiate FRCS diploma in Plastic Surgery. He completed an MSc in Aesthetic Surgery from queen Mary University London in 2013.

He has trained surgeons in General Surgery and Plastic Surgery. He is a clinical and Educational Supervisor for Plastic Surgery trainees at University Hospital of South Manchester.

Clinical experience

Mr. Ayub Khan has considerable experience in breast surgery having done over 300 cases (including breast reductions, augmentation, mastopexy and gynaecomastia surgery). He received a merit award in his masters degree for his dissertations in Breast Augmentation and Breast Reduction Surgery.
