Mr Augustine Akali is one of the leading plastic surgeons in the Yorkshire region and has over 15 years experience in the field of plastic surgery. His NHS practice is currently as Consultant Plastic Surgeon at Castle Hill Hospital (Hull) and the Goole and North East Lincolnshire Hospitals Trust. His private practice and admission rights are at Spire Hull and East Riding Hospital, Anlaby; St Hugh’s Hospital, Grimsby and The Lindsey Suite, Scunthorpe and Goole Hospitals.

Mr Akali undertook his plastic surgery training in renowned units in Glasgow, London, Leeds, Chelmsford and Liverpool. He has also trained in cosmetic surgery including the Mersey-Manchester Cosmetic Fellowship. In his final year of training he also undertook a fellowship program in Microsurgery and Breast Reconstruction at St Andrews centre for Burns and Plastic Surgery, Chelmsford.
