Mr Jig Patel is an experienced Consultant in trauma and Orthopaedic Surgery for 15 years.
Jig Patel graduated from Southampton University in 1991. His orthopaedic surgical training was based in major London teaching hospitals and the Royal National Orthopaedic Hospital. His training was enhanced by a year long fellowship in London, Ontario Canada, specialising in hip and knee surgery. Mr Patel had been a consultant at Kings College Hospital, London previously and joined University College Hospital in January 2004. His interests include hip and knee disorders as well as computer assisted joint replacement surgery, arthroscopic knee surgery and minimally invasive fixation of fractures.
