Our practice is built on experience, evidence, teamwork and innovation​. Together with a network of medical colleagues, radiologists, anaesthetists, and physiotherapists we are able to provide a comprehensive upper limb surgical service, including shoulder, elbow, wrist, hand, sports injuries, complex trauma and joint replacement surgery.

We run regular multidisciplinary conferences for discussion of complex cases and provide teaching at educational events and meetings. Since 2015 we have organised the London Shoulder Meeting, which attracts international faculty and delegates, and is now the largest independent conference on shoulder and elbow surgery in the UK.
